I have uploaded a ton of pictures of the house and boys to the site… Just need to decide where to put them. I guess I could add a “House #2″ or modify the house link on the front.

So I downloaded and installed Xen Server by Citrix, except now I need to learn how to create VMs. Next adventure.

I am thinking about changing the front page to something a little bit better coded, rather than my chicken scratch. I’ve downloaded a few php CMSs that I’ll be trying out, most likely on the home systems first.

The boys are doing well and I get to go to Washington DC this week. By the way, when you start dreaming about system/application monitoring and spreadsheets something is very Very wrong.

So I have Windows7 install on my newest desktop, it’s pretty slick… Aero is nice, Linux calls it Vista… it’s the 32bit install though. So I got the 7000 build of the 64bit and have yet to install it. I am waiting for a friend to hook me up with possibly a more recent/stable build off of technet if it will even work.

The reason for me writing about it however is the lame fact that M$ is going to release the different versions of W7. Yay for marketing stunts, don’t get the ‘starter edition’ it only lets you run 3 programs at a time, WHAT THE HELL?! Seriously folks?

Anyhow, the boys are growing like crazy we have pictures I need to upload. I am trying to get into a Systems Administrator position here at work, it sounds like its almost a done deal but still waiting on the offer.

Holy moly time has flown since the little guys showed up… they are getting bigger by the day (possibly hour if not faster). We are doing well (the wife and I) and are dealing with a little sleep deprivation, the boys are hovering around a 3-4 hour feeding schedule and most often take more than an hour to fully eat before they go back to sleep. I’ll get more pictures posted, I need to resize all the ones taken on the camera so they are a little more upload friendly.

Yay!

After working to upload tons of pictures, still not completely done, I have setup a gallery (again) and have thrown 10 pages of pictures of the boys and family.

I need to get email sent out with the pictures as well, and should do some editing so they are not huge (2mb a pop).

yay this is a test post from the hospital…. we are an hour or so into the 12 hour run… family is in the room now.

Update – 11pm 12/28

10:30 pm Conner Elias was born after 1 hour of heavy pushing
10:46 pm Liam Nils was born after 6 minutes of pushing

Conner was 6lbs 6.7 ounces at 18 inches long
Liam was 5lbs 8 ounces and a very balled up 17 3/4 inches (his length is deceiving)

Mom is doing good but in tons of pain, thanks for all the prayers, gifts, support and love!

Well they have arrived – 2 cribs, 1 dresser, 1 chest, 1 washer, and 1 dryer.

I took a picture of the washer and dryer I’ve got to resize it before I put it on here, maybe I should do that now so I can put the pictures on here.

I need to take picture of the fan I installed with the furniture in the boys room… We only assembled one crib this weekend and the other is still in the box. It’s a large box with a good size crib in it. We were hoping to put a glider chair in the boys room so that we would have a place to sit while in the room, it seems that there is no theoretical room for the chair in the room with all the needed major furniture, but we’ll see what happens.

It was a fun weekend… quiet is a good thing.

Here’s a picture!

So life is here… I still haven’t posted a pic of the Mac or the Babies… or done the work I was wanting to do on the front page of the site.

However, I have been busy: working, taking care of my beautiful wife, and trying to keep some sanity.

Things on the docket we (I) need to do: install the garage door opener, paint the babies room, install a fan in the babies room, install the blinds in the babies room, help pick out 2 rugs, and figure out an easy way of preventing Anubis from killing the window seat.

It’s all good… There may be some interesting events coming up on the work front that I wont put on here until later, hopefully they turn out good.

Ammon got a new TV and needs to experience 1080p, get the Pro man just get the Pro… well when they drop the price.

I played with a little bit of JavaScript last weekend on the front page of Demonwerx, lemme know what ya think. I will be adding more stuff to that as I put time towards it. I need to build a page for the Baby stuff too, the space is there its just a matter of time.
